Quercus palustris (Pin Oak)

Height: 50-70'; 40-60' wide.    
Light: Full Sun    
Native Tree/Shrub    
Soil: Average to wet soils.     

 

Broad, pyramidal crown with lower branches that often die off, leaving pin-like stubs. Acorns feed wildlife and leaves turn deep red in the fall.
