Echinacea pallida (Pale Purple Coneflower)

Type: Native Perennial

Height: 2-3' tall; 2-3' spread

Sun: Full sun to partials hade

Flowers: purple

Water: Dry to damp soils and clay

 

Large, daisy-like flowers with drooping purple leaves and orange centers top long stems in summer. Attracts butterflies and tolerates poor and rocky soils. Deer and drought tolerant.
